Located in Austin’s Innovation District and wrapping around the historic Symphony Square amphitheater at the corner of 11th and Red River streets, the Symphony Square mixed-use development will include 388 apartments, 170,000 sq ft of office space, and 5,000 sq ft of space dedicated to retail and restaurants. The office building is expected to be completed in early 2023, with The Waller opening to residents in July 2023.

Union on 24th is a new 29-story, 552-unit residential tower located adjacent to The University of Texas at Austin. Designed by Perkins&Will in collaboration with Greystar, this project redefines urban student housing with an emphasis on health, resilience, and community during its completion amid the pandemic
