For the 42-story Museum Tower Dallas, built by Austin Commercial, S & K Plumbing was selected to install the full plumbing systems supporting this iconic high-rise development.

S & K Plumbing’s scope spanned all 42 levels, including luxury residences, amenity spaces, back-of-house support areas, and the tower’s signature pool and spa deck. High-rise plumbing demands exacting design and installation practices to ensure consistent performance, water pressure, and system reliability throughout the building.

In coordination with Austin Commercial and the project’s MEP engineering team, S & K Plumbing delivered plumbing systems that match Museum Tower’s architectural vision—providing discreet, high-performance infrastructure for Dallas’ most discerning residents.
