Breathing new life into a 26-story historic Dallas office tower required plumbing systems that could meet modern luxury residential standards—while navigating the challenges of adaptive reuse in an aging high-rise structure. For The Continental Building, S & K Plumbing partnered with Andres Construction Services LLC to deliver full-scope plumbing installation throughout this iconic property.

The project involved the conversion of the former Continental National Bank Building into luxury apartments with ground-floor retail spaces—requiring dual plumbing systems designed for both residential performance and commercial flexibility. Working within the constraints of the existing structure, S & K Plumbing provided expert system routing and detailing to deliver reliable, code-compliant installations without compromising the building’s architectural character.
