For the 20-story M-Line Tower, S & K Plumbing partnered with Andres Construction Services LLC to provide complete plumbing installation throughout this standout high-rise residential project.

M-Line Tower features 261 luxury apartments with premium finishes, extensive resident amenities, a rooftop pool deck, and ground-floor restaurant/retail spaces. S & K Plumbing designed and installed plumbing systems that meet both the high-rise performance requirements of the building and the elevated expectations of the Uptown market.

Our team worked closely with Andres Construction and project engineers to ensure seamless MEP coordination and high-quality craftsmanship—helping bring this flagship residential tower to life.
