Adaptive reuse of a historic Dallas landmark into a modern luxury hotel presented unique challenges and opportunities. When Andres Construction Services LLC was selected to transform the iconic Tower Petroleum Building into the new Cambria Hotel Downtown Dallas, S & K Plumbing was trusted to deliver full-scope plumbing installation—balancing the demands of modern hospitality with the constraints of a 1930s-era high-rise.

S & K Plumbing provided plumbing systems throughout the 177-room hotel, including guestroom bathrooms, food and beverage outlets, fitness and meeting spaces, and back-of-house operations. Working within the confines of an existing historic structure required close coordination with Andres Construction, engineers, and preservation teams to route systems efficiently and preserve key architectural elements.
