Rainey Street has become one of Austin’s most dynamic residential neighborhoods—home to dozens of new luxury apartment communities catering to urban professionals and discerning renters. When Din-Cal Construction, Inc. was selected to deliver one of the district’s newest apartment towers, S & K Plumbing was chosen to provide full-scope plumbing systems for this high-profile multi-family project.

Our work on the Rainey Street Apartments included plumbing for hundreds of residential units, premium amenity spaces, and ground-level retail/restaurant shells. Urban multi-family construction requires exacting plumbing system design to support high fixture counts, space constraints, and demanding finish requirements.
