Revitalizing one of Dallas’ iconic high-rise towers into a premier mixed-use development required plumbing systems that could meet both modern performance standards and the challenges of adaptive reuse. For the 33-story LTV Tower at 1900 Pacific, S & K Plumbing partnered with Andres Construction Services LLC to deliver complete plumbing installations supporting luxury residential units, a flagship Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and multiple restaurant/retail spaces.

This highly complex project required S & K Plumbing to design and install dual plumbing systems within an existing midcentury structure—balancing high-rise residential demands with full-service hospitality performance. Our team worked closely with Andres Construction and project engineers to overcome space constraints, integrate modern materials, and ensure flawless operation across all building systems.
