A Striking Architectural Statement

Union on 24th makes an immediate visual impact with its signature herringbone facade. An intentional design solution driven by the goal of maximizing natural light in every unit. Each residence features expansive windows, and the building’s unique fenestration pattern crafted from metal panels creates dynamic movement across the exterior as light shifts throughout the day.

Wellness-Centered Living

Residents enjoy a thoughtful blend of indoor and outdoor wellness amenities designed to foster balance and community. From quiet mornings in the sky garden to sunny afternoons at the rooftop pool, the building supports every rhythm of life. The 6th-floor terrace and covered amenity deck offer outdoor grilling stations, lounge seating, televisions, and lawn games. A spaces designed to energize, connect, and recharge.

Interior Design with Purpose

Breaking from the density-first model often seen in student housing, Union on 24th embraces a “space to breathe” approach. Interior environments reflect a biophilic design philosophy, incorporating natural materials like stone, terracotta, cork, wool, and wood to create warmth, authenticity, and a connection to nature. Every floor is intentionally designed to promote calm, comfort, and a sense of place.
