Symphony Square’s centerpiece is The Waller, a 32-story residential tower offering a curated mix of 388 apartments, including micro-studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Designed to capture sweeping views of Waterloo Park, the Capitol rotunda, the University of Texas campus, and the downtown Austin skyline, each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light and amplify the building’s vertical presence.

Elevated Living and Amenities

The Waller redefines urban living with resort-style amenities that support both leisure and productivity. Residents can enjoy a rooftop deck and lounge, a two-story indoor-outdoor fitness center with a lap pool and yoga room, a pet-friendly indoor-outdoor lounge, and an additional luxury pool.
