When Balfour Beatty was selected to deliver the new Midlothian Heritage High School—one of the largest ground-up education projects in North Texas—S & K Plumbing was brought in to provide comprehensive plumbing services across the entire campus.

This 275,000-square-foot facility included new academic wings, fine arts spaces, a commercial kitchen, athletic facilities, and multiple outdoor fields. S & K Plumbing’s crews provided full plumbing system installation for the entire campus, working closely with Balfour Beatty to meet aggressive construction milestones and maintain the highest standards for quality and safety.

Large ground-up school projects like Midlothian Heritage require deep expertise in system design, site logistics, and phased delivery—areas where S & K Plumbing’s experience and professionalism made the difference.
