Delivering one of Austin’s premier new student housing towers required a plumbing team with experience in both high-rise residential construction and the fast-paced demands of student housing. For Lark Austin — 2100 Nueces, built by Rogers-O’Brien Construction Co., S & K Plumbing provided complete plumbing systems across the entire project—from residential units to extensive community amenities.

Lark Austin features over 400 beds in a 20+ story tower, with high-end amenities including a rooftop pool deck, fitness center, study lounges, and social spaces. Student housing projects demand absolute reliability—plumbing systems must handle peak move-in traffic and daily high-volume use while supporting a premium resident experience.

S & K Plumbing installed high-performance plumbing systems that meet both the operational needs of the building and the aesthetic expectations of this modern student housing brand. Our team coordinated closely with Rogers-O’Brien and the MEP engineering team to maintain schedule and quality on this landmark downtown project.
