When the City of Dallas launched its $57 million renovation of the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium, the project team needed contractors who could deliver under tight timelines and complex coordination—without disrupting one of Texas’ most iconic sports venues. Charter Builders selected S & K Plumbing as part of their trusted mechanical team to help bring modern plumbing systems to this landmark stadium.

S & K Plumbing provided full-scope plumbing services as part of the multi-phase renovation, which included major seating expansions, new restroom facilities, upgraded concession areas, and enhanced player amenities. Our crews installed hundreds of new plumbing fixtures and extensive piping runs while working within the tight spatial constraints of an 80,000-seat stadium.

Key challenges included navigating limited access areas, coordinating with multiple trades on fast-track schedules, and ensuring all work met strict City of Dallas codes and stadium safety requirements. Throughout the project, S & K Plumbing maintained close coordination with Charter Builders and the project’s engineering team to keep the schedule moving and deliver a result that will serve fans and players for years to come.
